Project Management
As a Project Manager, I lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. A highlight was managing a $1M+ initiative with a pharmaceutical distributor, creating an AI-powered tool (including speech-to-text, natural language understanding, and entity extraction) that boosted customer service productivity, enhanced customer satisfaction, and cut costs. This project underscored the critical role of project management in fostering innovation.
